How we ship
All orders ship from St. Augustine, Florida, usually within 1 to 2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
- Singles: penny sleeve + toploader, sealed in a protective card mailer.
- Graded slabs: bubble-wrapped and boxed or padded so the slab can't shift.
- Lots, sealed product and merch: boxed with padding and shipped USPS Ground Advantage.
Every order ships tracked for a flat $4.99, and shipping is FREE on orders of $50 or more.
Returns
Because collectible cards can't be verified once they leave our hands, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, is missing something, or isn't as described, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Lost packages
If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, reach out and we'll open a claim with USPS and help sort it out.
