This website is operated by The Pokémom Den. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Return and Refund, Shipping, and Privacy policies.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Products and Descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph items accurately, including condition. Condition ratings for raw (ungraded) cards are our honest opinion and are not a professional grade. Colors may look slightly different on your screen.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or limits on how many a customer can buy. If we cancel an order after you've paid, you'll get a full refund.

Quantity Limits

We may limit how many of an item each customer, household, or address can buy.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to give accurate checkout and shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address.

Intellectual Property

Site content, including photos and text, belongs to The Pokémom Den unless noted otherwise and may not be reused without permission. Pokémon trademarks belong to their respective owners; we are an independent reseller.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Pokémom Den is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item involved.
